Investment in a property is the biggest and most expensive spending decision that a person would be taking. Upon logging into the site, you will be guided to book a slot based whereupon the available consultant will be allocated to interact with you for a time period of 48 Hours. A brief write up about the consultants pertaining to their qualifications, and background is available on the website.  We request you to go through the same and satisfy yourself on these aspects prior to booking a slot for consultation

Propsoch does not make any claims or representations about the effectiveness of any of these consultants and accordingly it is agreed that the customers have done the requisite evaluation and agreed to the consultation process at their free will and be completely responsible for their choice.

It is clearly agreed that in no event will any claim or liability lie on Propsoch in relation to this transaction or consultation as the role of Propsoch is limited to hosting the platform and has no role of either monitoring the discussions or influencing the same.

The consultation proceedings will be recorded and be the sole property of Propsoch and the customer consents to Propsoch to utilize the same for its internal analysis and evaluation.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER

1. Customer to evaluate the credentials of the consultant and satisfy itself on the suitability for the consultation.  Propsoch’s role is limited to verification of the factual basis of the credentials provided.
2. The charges for the consultation (“Consultation Fee”) is non-negotiable and non-refundable once paid, subject to terms and conditions.
3. The Consultation Fee has to be paid in advance alongwith request of the consultation. In the event of non-availability of the booking, the same shall be refunded.
4. The booking slot is fixed post the matching of the convenient slot of both parties and in the event you are unable to attend the consultation, the charges will be payable. Propsoch may consider waiving a part/whole of the Consultation Fee in the event the cancellation etc is due to a reason genuinely beyond the control of the customer.

Refund policy : Refund, if applicable, shall be made within 15 working days from the date of Management approval of the Refund.

1. If the customer is not satisfied on the consultation or the consultation is not present during the time allocated for the consultation, then he/she may raise an escalation ticket to Propsoch by emailing team@propsoch.com  within 2 days of such consultation whereupon the incident will be investigated. In case the services provided by the consultant are decided to be not up to the mark then Propsoch may consider waiving a part/whole of the charges. The decision of Propsoch in this matter shall be final.
2. It is clearly understood that Propsoch is not providing any service and is just an enabler for facilitating the consultation.
